Join us at the Unity Center of Des Moines for a transformative experience centered around the power of the breath. This in-person event will guide you through an active conscious connected breathwork to help you connect with your inner self and tune into an activated energetic force within your body.
This particular breathwork approach uses gentle acupressure along chakra/meridian points, invocations, vibrational toning, movement and powerful sound therapy to safely open up the breath in formerly restricted areas of the body. Once stuck energy is unblocked and entrained at the physical and cellular level, the breath is integrated and serves as a gateway to deeper healing, expanded consciousness or ‘oversoul’ harmony.

She is an accredited and ethically compliant breathworker recognized by the Global Professional Breathworkers Alliance (GBPA), the Founder and CEO of AURA BREATH. She is trauma-skilled and specialized in three major breath modalities, offering an unparalleled depth and breadth of expertise. An advanced integrated eye movement therapist (IEMT), Reiki practitioner since 2008 and qualified in Mental Health First AID at Work (MHFAW).
