After lying down in a luxurious meditation bed, you will be given a warm neck wrap, a warm eye mask and a Selenite Crystal Wand to hold. Class will begin with a soothing Sound Journey that will include high vibrational instruments such as Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, a Gong, chimes and and a Quartz Crystal Pyramid.Next, you will listen to a Guided Meditation that will take you on a tour through an enchanted Botanical Garden where you will meet Angels who will help you remove any negative energy from your mind, body and soul by cleansing your Aura. During this meditation, you will receive a Hands On Reiki Healing, from Reiki Master – Tara Noelle Poey. This Reiki Healing will allow divine light and love to flow through your body, bringing you feelings of peace and joy. After the meditation, you will receive a worksheet that will help you interpret the meanings of the images you saw and messages you received during your experience.
An added bonus of this class is a personal Angel Card Reading which will give you a specific message from your Spirit Guides.
