Aunty Jeans is an Aboriginal Health Program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in the Eurobodalla who have a chronic disease like diabetes, heart disease, lung disease, or who are at risk of developing a chronic disease. The Aunty Jeans Program is free for our mob & families to attend and includes a healthy snack, health education sessions, fun gentle exercise and a social gathering.
It is aimed at encouraging a healthy lifestyle and helping you to look after your health and wellbeing.
There is also a diabetes nurse available to answer any questions you may have about your health and wellbeing.
