August's Club Table at the IoD

Following last year's successful club table at the Institute of Directors, the Gresham Club is delighted to return to 116 Pall Mall.

There is a wonderful three course meal with wine Including:

Game terrine, grape chutney, watercress and melba toast

Goats cheese , orange + fennel salad with roasted pine nuts

Mains

Baked corn fed chicken, creamed mash, shredded beans and pink peppercorn Jus

Braised beef cheek in red wine, truffle mash, wild mushrooms and confit shallots

Wild mushroom and truffle risotto

Apple tarte Tatin, Chantilly & hazelnut praline

Spiced pineapple carpaccio, lime cream and forest fruit sorbet
