Has this been the summer of "I have nothing to wear?" If so, it might be time for a good closet clean-out! Join us for a sustainable shopping (swapping) experience at the Community Clothing Swap! Whether you’re looking to revamp your wardrobe or simply pass along pieces you no longer need, this is the perfect event for you.
Don’t miss out on this fun, eco-friendly way to refresh your wardrobe, re-home your beloved items, meet like-minded individuals, and keep clothing out of landfills!
Suggested Donation: $5 - $20 at the door (Cash or Venmo)
How the Swap Works:
Step 1: Donate during Drop-off Hours
Ready to part with clothing in good condition? Gather your gently used items—this can include tops, jackets, skirts, shoes, handbags, and accessories.
**Please no jewelry or non-clothing items (including textile waste like used underwear or ripped/stained clothing).**
Drop-off Hours:
Saturday, August 23rd: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Step 2: Shop the Swap!
Come back on Sunday to browse and find new-to-you gems. Bring your donation and get access to a variety of clothing donations—take home as many items as you like!
**Remember, this event is all about sustainability, supporting one another, and fighting overconsumption. So please, no hoarding or reselling—just take what you’ll truly use and love.**
Swap Hours:
Sunday, August 24th: Noon – 5:00 PM
Important Event Rules:
1. RESELLERS ARE NOT WELCOME—this event is about sustainable swapping, not selling.
2. No textile waste—please do not bring items that are ripped, stained, or in unusable condition. We will not accept underwear or non-clothing items.
3. NO DROP-OFFS ON SUNDAY—all donations must be made in advance, either Friday or Saturday.
4. This event is for women’s clothing only. More inclusive swaps are coming in the future!
