We've rolled around another summer! We're back at Aldermoor Community Farm for August. If you've not visited before it's a wonderful community space with the coolest little shop where you can buy local farm bits, REFILL YOUR DETERGENTS and get a coffee. The usual swap rules apply—“bring things you don’t want, leave with things you do”—but we've got a new rule that you can bring as much as you like but take up to one bag for life away - here’s how it will all work:
✅ The swap is still a suggested £2 donation for entry, and guests can arrive at any time with the option to pay by contactless.
✅Use the provided hand gel on the entrance before going in and you can use this after too. Wear your mask if you wish.
✅ Lay your things out neatly and choose items you'd like to take home. 👗👕
What we need from you:
✨ Wash your clothes before bringing them.
✨ Be mindful and respectful of others while browsing.
✨ Bring your own bag for life - if it's not the right size we'll give you one to use and you can transfer at when you leave.
Clothes swaps are a fun, informal way to save clothes from landfill 🌍, refresh your wardrobe and provides an alternative to supporting fast fashion brands. Looking forward to seeing you there! 💃♻️
