Forget your shyness and join this exciting traditional European Aufguss Sauna combined with a chilling Ice Bath. Nudity is required of course. Barefeet Naturist Resort is Bangkok’s only naturist/nudist location and you can not wear anything but your own skin.If you are shy, bring a friend.
If this Wellness Wednesday is your first visit, you will have to take out a membership for one full year of Naturist Association Thailand. But you can buy that at 1000 THB at the counter. And if you come together, your membership covers also your friend.
Once you are a member, this event only costs 80 THB per hour every time you join within the coming year.
The event centers around Aufguss with various essential oils by our Sauna Master and the Ice Bath after the heat. The Ice Bath is optional – if it is too much, you can go in the cold pool instead or in the temperate pool and chill down as well.
There will be free cold drinks and coffee and tea during the event. If you want to stay, the restaurant is open as well as the bar.
