Beach City Sports and AUE Performance are teaming up for a high-energy beach combine designed to test, challenge, and elevate your game in a real football training environment. 🎯 Who Can Join: Football players, athletes in training, and anyone looking to test their speed, agility, and performance in a competitive beach setting
Adult athletes will rotate through a series of structured combine stations focused on the key pillars of football performance:
🏃 Testing + Performance Metrics
• 40-Yard Dash (acceleration + max velocity)
• 5-10-5 Pro Agility Drill (change of direction)
• Broad Jump (explosiveness)
• L Drill (body control + movement efficiency)
💪 Training Stations
• Position-specific work
• Cone + ladder drills
• Med ball throws
• Movement quality coaching
• Performance feedback throughout the session
This experience will be led by elite performance coach Augustine Ume-Ezeoke of AUE Performance (https://aueperformance.com/), whose background includes working with athletes from youth to professional levels. The goal is not just to test where you are — but to help you improve where you’re going.
Whether you’re preparing for your next season, sharpening your skills, or simply looking for a competitive and meaningful training experience, this is your chance to test your game and separate yourself.

This event is about more than performance — it’s also about purpose. Beach City Sports is sponsoring the permit, and AUE Performance is donating coaching and staffing, allowing net proceeds from the event to benefit NAMI Orange County, a nonprofit dedicated to providing emotional support, education, and resources for individuals and families affected by mental illness, while advocating for lives of quality and dignity.
Our goal is to use this event as a platform to raise awareness, build community, and support men’s mental health in a meaningful way.
