Audrie & Daisy Documentary and Discussion

The Sexual Assault Response Network of Central Ohio (SARNCO) invites you to our Documentary & Discussion event on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. This year’s event will highlight key scenes from the documentary Audrie & Daisy, which explores the impact of sexual violence among adolescents and teens and the intersections of sexual violence and suicide. Following the film excerpts, we will engage in a thought‑provoking community discussion focused on:

• The prevalence and realities of sexual violence affecting young people
• The intersections of sexual violence, suicide, and substance use
• How communities can work together to raise awareness and promote prevention
• Practical approaches for supporting survivors and fostering safer environments for youth

We will be joined by members of the SARNCO Prevention Team, SARNCO Advocates, local mental health professionals, suicide preventionists and other community voices committed to prevention, education, and healing.This event is intended to create space for meaningful dialogue, shared learning, and strengthened partnerships across our community.
