HOLIDAZED: A Spectravagasm ChristmasWritten & Directed by Sam Dinkowitz
September 14th & 15th at 6:00pm
Director Sam Dinkowitz is looking for an ensemble cast to play a multitude of roles, including a FABULOUS DRAG QUEEN! Actors and performance artists of all ages, ethnicities, experience levels, and any other variable are encouraged to audition.
Auditionees should arrive no later than 6pm and bring a list of conflicts between now and December 20th. All levels are welcome to participate, headshots and resumes are welcome, but not required. Please come to the audition with a willingness to play and make big, bold choices.
Sides will be available at the audition. Auditionees do not need to prepare monologues, but it would be helpful to be familiar with the songs "Sleigh Ride" and "Carol of the Bells".
HOLIDAZED is a fast-paced sketch show that assaults the holiday season with a barrage of scenes, songs, improv, and video projection. Performers in the show will play up to 7 different parts, which entails not only a wide-spectrum of character-acting skill, but also the physical ability to keep up with the demands of the production.
*PLEASE NOTE* This script contains vulgarity, blasphemy, and general adult themes of sex, drugs, and rock n roll. If you are sensitive to this sort of subject matter, please do not attend auditions...or the show for that matter.
