Auditions for the Fall One-Acts Cabaret will be held at RPAC on August 25th and 26th at 7:30pm.
Show Dates will be Oct 31-Nov 1st.

The plays and roles to be cast are as follows:
"iCoven A Quest Break", written and directed by Dan Carr. Stage managed by Stacey Paus. This is a comedy farce about 3 medieval witches who are given a cell phone by the Lord of Darkness himself, Beelzebub. Runs about 15 minutes.
Casting:
Granny – very old
Auntie – adult
Dee - young
Beelzebub– male voice
"Dungeon Crawl", written and directed by Terry Bell. Stage manager TBD. This show was slated for the Spring One Acts in 2020 and was done as a Zoom show. A fantasy/comedy about a dungeons and dragons game. Runs about 30 minutes.
Casting:
Cam – Games master (calm, direct, occasionally frustrated with chaos)
Matty – Bard (hero complex, always eating and drinking, easily distracted)
Treble Sweetsparrow – (self absorbed, convinced she can do anything)
Dani – Dwarf (always wants to be centre of attention, min/max player (?)
Ramshod Hungaxe – (bravado incorporated, he’s the king and wants you to know it)
Parker – Minotaur (calm in the storm, chill dude that just likes to have fun)
Droogak the Destroyer – (big, dumb, angry, but with a gentle zen side)
Quinn – Elf (really just wants to play properly, rules lawyer, actively fights the chaos)
Tali – (driven to defeat true evil and avenge her father)
The Beast – a powerful, majestic, magical creature
The Child/Dark Queen – sweet on the surface, manipulative and evil under the illusion

"Dead Men Don’t Eat Quiche", written by British playwright David Pemberton, Directed by Piers Hill and Stage Managed by Alexis Hindmarch. A film noir parody. Two characters from a film noir find their scriptwriter dead. He has left them a cryptic puzzle to their identities and the suggestion that only one of them will survive. When they are forced to complete their own script, not even the film’s director is safe. This is a film noir parody. Runs about 30 minutes.
