Audition Requirements:
Please prepare one 32-bar cut of a song not from the show. Come prepared with an accompaniment-only track cued to your cut. WiFi at the theatre can be unpredictable, so please download your track to your device. We will have short readings from the script and a dance audition – please bring appropriate shoes/clothes for the dance audition. If available, bring a headshot and resume.
Please come prepared to bring a unique characterization to each role you are asked to read and be ready for improv. We recommend reviewing the sides beforehand and considering the vocal tone, physical mannerisms, and other traits you would bring to each character.
This is a youth musical. Everyone who performs in the show must be 18 or younger. Recommended for 11+.
Rehearsal Schedule:
Table Read: July 16 (5pm – 7pm)
Rehearsals July 20 – Sept 17 (5pm – 7pm) Mondays-Thursdays
Tech Week: Sept 19 – 24
We are flexible and will work with the cast to determine best times. Some weeks will have heavier rehearsal schedules than others. Not everyone will be called to each rehearsal.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no specified end time during tech week – it will depend on the running time of the show.
