Not only will you have the opportunity to perfect your skills in applying audibility-focused counseling, verification and treatment strategies as you guide your patient through their hearing improvement journey, but you will also learn how to meaningfully interface with any solution-seeking patient regardless of their chosen entry-point into that journey.
