Bringing together more than a century and a half of innovation, the auction offers collectors the opportunity to acquire exceptional works by leading designers of the Arts & Crafts and Aesthetic Movements, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, and the Modern movements.
The sale showcases a beautiful selection of works from these influential periods, including pieces by iconic designers such as William Morris, Christopher Dresser, W. A. S. Benson and C. R. Ashbee. Further highlights include works by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Frances Macdonald and Jessie M. King, Ernest Gimson, Edward Barnsley, Arthur Simpson of Kendal, a group of works by the Arts & Crafts architect Charles Spooner, and pieces from the estate of the artist Elyse Ashe Lord.
