About Jo
Jo has been teaching 5Rhythms®️ worldwide since 1995—sharing her work across LA, Australia, India, South Africa, and beyond. Trained by Gabrielle Roth and other pioneering teachers, she weaves art, storytelling, soulful presence, and deep meditative awareness into every workshop.

The world is changing rapidly…All around there are uncertainties and challenges. Navigating this daily and showing up for each other has been testing the foundations of our communities, our hearts and resiliency. The Dance is where we drop our judgements, meet the fears, the frustrations and co-create a luminous field of possibilities. These are the times we've been preparing for, We are the ones we've been waiting for.
We're a collaboration of individuals, becoming a field of opened hearts that is truly necessary now... Thank you for the invitation to strengthen connection and deepen our practices for these extraordinary days with a heart-opening weekend of dance on the Far South Coast, near beautiful Bermagui.
As we move we meet ourselves. As we listen and respond, we become the Dance in a fluid space for exploring, discovering, pausing, reflecting, resonating.
The dance is an always evolving way of exploring held patterns, a dynamic process for releasing and a gateway to reconciling our inner realms.
We witness, holding space for each other, and through reflecting one another we cultivate insights that nourish and resource our daily lives. As we move we're creating opportunities for healthy relationships with ourselves and others.
Dancing and creating greater freedom in form, for meeting and honouring whatever is arising. Come to be moved through evocative sound, spirit and body. Tenderness, laughter, tears and full expression all welcomed here."

Robbie Hart
A lifelong guide in natural healing, my path with crystal sound emerged from the need to support my community after the devastation of the 2020 bushfires and the fear that followed. The bowls called me into their frequency—first to heal myself, then to hold space for others to awaken and restore. Through deep study and sacred practice, I now share these crystalline vibrations in concerts, retreats, and gatherings around the world. Let the sound of the bowls carry you home to your own inner light.
