This event focuses on breast cancer awareness and education, emphasizing the importance of young girls understanding preventive measures such as regular doctor visits and self-examinations. We also encourage mothers to engage in these vital conversations with their daughters.
Event Host: Dr. Deepa Halaharvi, a breast surgeon and breast cancer survivor, is also the host of the podcast "Ask Doctor Deepa."
Youth Panelist and Speaker: Suhanna Halaharvi, a youth advocate who promotes confidence and wellness among young girls.
We are thrilled to have Tonya Kelly as our guest speaker. A thyroid cancer survivor and ostomy warrior, she will share her inspiring journey titled "Strength Beyond the Scares."
