About this Event
Employee insurance and wellness benefits offered by employers are frequently thought about, but not executed early enough to establish a sense of security for employees. Attracting and retaining competitive team members is critical in our economy, where there’s a shortage of people to hire. Research shows that creating a strong culture of health and emotional support is associated with higher work engagement and lower employee stress and depression. Join us for lunch to learn about how benefits for startups are key to unlocking high-performing individuals and transformational teams.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Differentiate cost-benefit analysis between state-funded plans and employer plans.
- Prepare early to late-stage startups for long-term financial success around insurance and leveraging benefits to retain employees.
- Construct a benefits timeline for startups to attract and retain competitive candidates.
- This is an in-person workshop and lunch will be provided. Space is limited and registration closes at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 9.
