About this Event
Attachment 2 Training offers a thoughtful and compassionate exploration of grief and loss, guided by Rachel Allen. This training creates a safe and reflective space for participants to deepen their understanding of how experiences of loss—whether through bereavement, separation, or disrupted attachments—shape emotional wellbeing and relationships.
With a focus on attachment-informed practice, Rachel brings both clinical insight and practical tools to help professionals recognise and respond to grief in its many forms. Participants will explore how loss is held in the body and mind, how it can present across the lifespan, and how to support others with sensitivity, attunement, and resilience.
Ideal for both qualified and trainee counsellors, this training encourages both professional development and personal reflection, equipping attendees to hold space for grief with greater confidence and compassion.
