🇬🇷 Το Ελληνικό Σπίτι στο Ρότερνταμ παρουσιάζει την ταινία του Ιωάννη Κατσέρη, 🎬 ATLAS. Στο τέλος θα ακολουθήσει συζήτηση με τον ίδιο το σκηνοθέτη.Το ATLAS είναι ένα ντοκιμαντέρ που ακολουθεί τις ιστορίες τριών Ελλήνων μεταναστών ( Κώστας, Λία, Βασίλης), οι οποίοι κατά τη διάρκεια της οικονομικής κρίσης άφησαν την πατρίδα τους για να ξεκινήσουν μια νέα ζωή στη Γερμανία.
Μέσα από προσωπικές αφηγήσεις, αναδεικνύονται οι προκλήσεις, οι ελπίδες και οι φόβοι τους, καθώς και η σύνθετη πραγματικότητα της μετανάστευσης. Η ταινία αγγίζει θέματα όπως η ταυτότητα, η κοινωνική ένταξη και η καθημερινότητα των νέων Ελλήνων μεταναστών.
Το ATLAS έχει προβληθεί και βραβευτεί σε διεθνή φεστιβάλ, μεταξύ άλλων με το βραβείο “Best Talent Feature Documentary” στο Cyprus International Film Festival, καθώς και με ειδικές μνείες σε φεστιβάλ ντοκιμαντέρ στην Nέα Υόρκη, στη Χαλκίδα και στην Ιεράπετρα.

🇬🇧 Het Griekse Huis in Rotterdam presents the film of Ioannis Katseris, 🎬 ATLAS, followed by a Q&A session with the director himself.
ATLAS is a documentary that follows the stories of three Greek migrants (Kostas, Lia, Vasilis), who, during the economic crisis, left their homeland to start a new life in Germany.
Through personal narratives, their challenges, hopes, and fears are highlighted, as well as the complex reality of migration. The film touches on themes such as identity, social integration, and the everyday lives of young Greek migrants.
ATLAS has been screened and awarded at international festivals, including the “Best Talent Feature Documentary” award at the Cyprus International Film Festival, as well as receiving special mentions at documentary festivals in New York, Chalkida and Ierapetra.
