CLUBWAKA is working on the largest Volleyball and possibly sand
kickball tournament we have ever held in Atlantic City, NJ, this summer, and we need your input to reduce costs and gauge attendance. Multiple markets and leagues from around the East Coast would be invited to a 3-day tournament weekend on the OCEAN, featuring volleyball, pool parties, meet-and-greets, and multiple nightclubs. Please fill out the survey if interested
That’s not all, we are planning a sponsor hotel and a high-end coach bus to transport all the players. We kindly ask that if you're interested, you fill out the short survey, or have your captain fill it out for you. You do not have to play in the tournament to come and enjoy the parties. We need to establish a baseline to negotiate hotel prices further by offering a room guarantee with the hotel.

Schedule:
Event weekend: June 25th- 28th
Volleyball Tournament schedule: June 27th, 9:30 am- 8 pm (possibly adding beach kickball)
Flipcup /beer pong tournament: June 26th evening
(Tentative) Beach club- Pool party with DJ: June 27th, arrive by 11:30 am
Nightclubs: 25th. 26th and 27th
Bus pickup at noon in Albany on June 25th; drop-off on June 28th, approx. 4-7 pm

Fun style 6’s
intermediate 6’s
Competitive 4’s
intermediate 4's
Sand kickball- Played with an oversized ball on the beach, with slightly different rules.

Pricing: (all pricing is ballpark estimates at this point)
Round-trip bus- $75 PP
Tournament- $45-$70 PP, depending on sport, bracket, and signup time.
Party wristband- approx. $25 with registration, $40 for non-players. (VIP entrance to all parties and clubs.)
Hotel: Currently, we are at about $200 a night PP (if shared, about $100 per night PP)
Location:
Host Hotel- The Tropicana Atlantic City
Event- On the beach directly behind the Tropicana, with 4-6 acres of beach.
Food- Discounts with partners on the boardwalk.
Parties and Nightclubs- Near or around the Tropicana
No cars or Ubers will be needed to get to an event.
