On June 7 four cornerstone bands of 1970s radio bring their harmony-rich hits to the stage at The Caverns Outdoor Amphitheater: Atlanta Rhythm Section, Pure Prairie League, Firefall, and Orleans.Atlanta Rhythm Section’s “So Into You” and “Imaginary Lover,” Pure Prairie League’s “Amie,” Firefall’s “You Are the Woman,” and Orleans’ “Still the One” remain staples of classic rock and soft-rock playlists alike. Together, the lineup traces a throughline of melodic songwriting and road-tested musicianship that shaped FM radio in the 1970s.
