About this Event
The Pathways to Success Program is a yearlong curriculum-based youth leadership program for students age 12-18 where trained facilitators cover topics such as character education, integrity and self-control, emotional and mental health, discovering assets, strengths assessment, and job readiness training. Students also receive public speaking training, qualifying them for certification through Toastmasters International.
The goal is to provide each youth with assets, tools, and opportunities needed to change their trajectory.
Within the program, students also participate in enriching "Life Trips" including community service projects, visits to workplaces and colleges, and making connections with potential employers. Upon completion of the first 10-week Program, each student is matched with a Mentor to help them connect to resources, collaborate to set goals, continue accountability and celebrate every win.

Four Corners Group is restoring hope to youth in crisis by providing pathways to thriving adulthood.
We seek to decrease juvenile recidivism and end the school-to-Pr*son pipeline by providing youth programs across metro Atlanta that focus on education, support, and empowerment to help youth realize their full potential and live successful lives. We serve youth who are:
- Historically underserved and facing challenges Attending Title I schools
- Dropped out of school
- Enrolled in an alternative school
- Recently released from juvenile detention centers
- Currently involved in the juvenile court system or juvenile facilities
Through prevention, intervention, and restoration we work to provide pathways to a thriving adulthood. We currently offer year-round youth programs at three campuses in Marietta (Cobb County), Austell (Cobb County), and Atlanta.
