You must pass a 10-year federal background check. Please bring two (2) forms of government-issued identification (ID).
Social Distancing and Mask Guidelines:
- The ATL Airport Career Fair will follow all CDC and City of Atlanta guidelines for hosting a large-scale event.
- All attendees must be registered before the event.
- Face masks, now optional, will be provided at the event and social distancing will be encouraged.
DRESS TO IMPRESS! Professional attire is highly recommended.
A career coach will be available to assist with online applications and minor resume updates.
Bring 10 or more clean copies of your resumé.
Many companies will interview potential candidates on the spot, so business attire is strongly encouraged. Guidelines are below.
- Blouse or shirt tucked into pants or skirt
- Tie and jacket optional
- Dress or skirt no more than three (3) inches above the knee
- Simple jewelry
Persons wearing unacceptable attire will not be allowed to participate.
- No jeans or sagging, patched, torn or tattered pants
- No bib overalls, leather or simulated leather
- No T-shirts, sweat pants, jogging or warm-up outfits
- No graphic designs or lettering on clothing
- No tight-fitting, see-through or sheer garments
- No spaghetti-strap dresses or plunging necklines
- No strapless or backless dresses
- No halters or midriff tops
- No flip flops or athletic footwear
Interview tips to consider:
- Practice at home before coming to the career fair
- Avoid using slang
- Ask questions about the company and/or position
- Talk about your qualities and strengths
- Openly discuss previous jobs and responsibilities
- Speak with as many people as possible
- Keep a list of the companies with which you made contact
- Get the name of the contact person for follow-up
- Follow up sooner rather than later
- Complete all online applications as instructed
On-site paid parking and space is limited; please consider using MARTA. If you are considering parking at the ATL Airport, the North and South Parking Decks fill up frequently. We suggest parking at the West Parking Deck and taking the free ATL SkyTrain over to the ATL Airport.

Hourly Parking: The North and South Hourly parking lots, which are the closest to each terminal entrance, are ideal for picking up or dropping off individuals at the Airport.
- $3/hour - 1st hour
- $3/hour - 2nd hour
- $4/hour - 3rd - 6th hour
- $36/day after 6 hours
Daily Parking: This four-level overnight parking deck is directly across from the terminal.
- $3/hour
- $19/day maximum
Economy Parking: The North and South Economy lots are next to the parking decks.
- $3/hour
- $14/day maximum
ATL West Parking: Located at 4199 Skytrain Way, College Park, GA 30337.
- $3/hour – 1st - 3rd hour
- $16/day after 3 hours
