Great news for all Swimmers �� Coming Sept We will hv a Super Workshop � Let's physically & mentally well prepare our swimmers for coming year end competition ���After final discussion with Coach KZ that all ARSC swimmers are compulsory to join this Super Workshop �
As to build strong mindset of athelete swimmers which will definetely benefits them especially mentally strong & they can understand better themselves from in&out, equip them with strong self motivation.

Venue : Cerian Kiara (Block A, Multi Purpose Hall)
Fees: RM 200 only per person (includes snacks & drinks)
