About this Event
Discover pre-colonial Anishinaabe mapmaking traditions and learn to (re)mapping your neighborhood or city.
Designed by the Anishinaabe (Odawa) artist Barry Ace, this workshop encourages critical thinking about colonialism in Canada. Your group will build cultural competence and respect for diverse Indigenous peoples, while learning more about each other and where you come from.
