ATCN Instructor Course

The Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) faculty course prepares identified ATCN instructor candidates to teach in an ATCN student course.

ATCN faculty course participants prepare and deliver short presentations, practice moulage techniques and facilitate skills and testing stations over the course of the program. After successful completion of the course, faculty candidates must be critiqued while teaching in an ATCN student course in order to achieve faculty status.

Program Schedule

Class will begin at 8:00am with registration and breakfast starting at 7:30am. Please expect to stay until 6:00pm to allow enough time to complete your practical and conduct exit interviews.

Participants that must cancel will be charged the cost of the faculty manual ($55). Any remaining registration fee will be refunded, minus the Eventbrite service charge, and the refund will be processed onto the original method of payment.

A partial refund will be provided to those that cancel their registration between 3-21 days of the course start date. A partial refund is 50% of the total cost of the course registration category the participant paid. The refund, minus the service charge, will be processed onto the original method of payment.

NO refunds will be provided to those that cancel their registration within 3 days of the days of the course start date.
