Artist Trading Card (ATC) or Artist Cards Editions & Originals (ACEO) club that builds community, practice, and playful exchange.
This recurring club for adults and teens (ages 14+) that meets the second Saturday of the month in-person. It focuses on community, skill-building, swaps, and occasional exhibitions.

Core structure (what the club is):
Every 2nd Saturday of the Month
Receive a free starter kit with membership
3 free cards or sheet of paper each meeting
15-20 minutes of instructions of monthly technique, 30–45 minutes making time; 30–45 minutes trading + show-and-tell; periodic themed swaps or guest demos
A bin of supplies will be Free on the table for use during meetings or bring-your-own materials
Optional $5 packs of extra cards and $5 ephemera packs related to technique or theme of that month

Supplies and setup
• Standard ATC base: Precut 2.5” x 3.5” heavy cardstock or watercolor paper.
• Shared toolkit: Scissors, glue, double-sided tape, washi tape, stamps, inks, markers, paint, brushes, collage scraps, sealers, sleeves.
• Comfort items: Cutting mat, rulers, sample trays, drying rack, card sleeves for finished work.
• Display: Small gallery board or binder pages for members to show recent sets.
• Optional: Mini-zines, swap envelopes, mailing labels for remote trades.

House rules and etiquette
• Trade principle: Cards are made to trade, not sell.
• Respect materials and space: Clean up stations; label personal tools.
• Credit and attribution: When trading or photographing, credit the maker.
• No-pressure practice: Participation in swaps is optional; show-and-tell is encouraged but not required.
• Safe space: No harassment; inclusive language and accessibility adjustments on request.

Sample meeting agenda
1. 0–10 min — Welcome, quick announcements, new-member intros.
2. 10–30 min — Instructions on technique or technique station.
3. 30-70 min — Break + tidy.
4. 70–90 min — Trading session and show-and-tell; close with next theme and sign-ups
