About this Event

? Spring Break at the NHM: A Greek Myth to Welcome Spring! ?

Celebrate the season of growth and renewal with us during this special spring break program inspired by springtime and mythology!

We’ll begin with a story time reading of Demeter and Persephone: The Seasons of Time, a timeless tale that explains the changing of the seasons. After the story, kids will enjoy a themed craft, designing their own pomegranate to take home.

To wrap up the program, children will get hands-on with nature by designing and decorating a small planting pot, perfect for welcoming spring and future planting fun.

  • Story time featuring Demeter and Persephone: The Seasons of Time
  • Creative pomegranate-themed craft
  • Pot-decorating activity for spring planting
