Join us for our final At Home of the Spring season at 1024 Bourbon Street, the home of Heather Harllee! This architecturally unique Creole Cottage and Townhouse is one of the oldest homes in the French Quarter with parts of the structure dating back to the colonial period. This home has one of the last surviving loggias in the French Quarter, as well as a large courtyard, with many a flower in bloom! For many years, 1024 Bourbon was the home of Miss Dixie Fasnacht, whose service to the New Orleans gay community has been celebrated in film and on stage. (It is also the childhood home of VCPORA’s own Events Coordinator!) Join us at this eclectic and charming residence with an incredible history that touches many communities. Sip some wine, or one of our specialty cocktails, and walk through an unforgettable Vieux Carré home!
