Please join the Farmington Stargazers as they look at the night sky through high powered telescopes! Featured Obsersations include Venus, Jupiter, the Moon and the Orion Nebula. This event could be canceled if it is raining or too cloudy to view the sky. Cancelation notices will be posted on Friends of Maybury State Park Facebook page.Event will take place at the Maybury State Park Ball fields parking lot, accessible from the 8 mile entrance to the park. Dress for the weather, the temperature will drop when the sun goes down. All ages are welcome but due to sensitive equipment, children must be supervised at all times.
This event is free, but a Michigan recreation passport is required for park entry.
