Astro-Dance Series: Align Body, Earth & Sky
Come join us at the Berkeley Yoga Center for a unique event where astrology and dance intertwine into a potent ritual that grounds you in your body, attunes you to the cycles of the cosmos, and opens space for profound transformation.
This is a sacred container to move with the hum of the planets while reclaiming your own rhythm. Each gathering is co-created by Transformational Coach & Astrologer Ana Zaharia and beloved BYC dance instructor Alexis Mullhauser, blending astrological wisdom with choreographed movement to guide you into alignment, release, and renewal.
In each session, you’ll:
- Receive astrological guidance from Ana on the energetic currents shaping the moment—what’s rising, what’s ready to be released, and what’s calling for your attention.
- Be led by Alexis through a choreographed movement journey that embodies these themes, helping you shake off stagnation, root into presence, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
Whether you’re an astrology lover, dance enthusiast, or simply craving a new way to ground, expand, and express—you’ll leave feeling more alive, aligned, and at home in yourself.
