About this Event
Astral Travel is an intentional out of body experience to allow your light body to explore outside of the physical body. This guided sound journey will take you through visualization that will explore your light body and safely guide you through the astral plane.
This meditation is for those who are new to astral travel and looking to learn a visualization technique to build a deeper understanding and ability to experience the astral body.
The guided sound journey will use healing instruments such as gongs, drums and singing bowls, as well as sacred smoke and oils to help assist you to go deeper into the meditation.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring a notebook if you would like to write anything down that comes up during the meditation. Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled before the start time of the meditation.
Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the meditation. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hours before the start time of the meditation class.
