Floating between waking and dreaming consciousness gives us powerful insights into our subconscious mind. Through the spiritual science of sound, intention, and meditation we will expand our awareness, objectively reflect on our emotions, and soothe our nervous system.

Sound bath meditations have many benefits. Meditating can strengthen areas of the brain associated with memory, learning, attention, and self-awareness. Over time, meditation can decrease emotional reactivity, stress, anxiety, and depression. The sound waves created by the singing bowls guide the mind; making it much easier to relax into a deep meditative state. These therapeutic sounds also engage the parasympathetic nervous system, increase circulation, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, and reduce cortisol levels.
