Assisted Stretch Workshop Assisted stretching has grown rapidly in popularity as more people discover the benefits of improving mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall well-being through guided movement. This hands-on workshop is designed for yoga teachers, body-workers, personal trainers, and movement professionals who want to develop the skills and confidence to safely support others in accessing healthier, more effective ranges of motion.
You will learn foundational assisted stretching techniques, principles of safe body mechanics, and practical ways to work with clients and students one-on-one. Yoga teachers will gain valuable tools for offering hands-on assists in Yin, restorative, and flow-based classes, while fitness and wellness professionals will learn how assisted stretching can enhance recovery, mobility, performance, and client care.
