Assisted Reproduction as Reparations

In this presentation, Camisha Russell will consider whether a generally recognized right to procreation extends as far as a right to access assisted reproductive technologies (ART). After reviewing some arguments for expanding ART access within different regulatory scenarios, she will offer an argument from reparations that sees access to ART as owed to groups whose have historically faced reproductive injustice.
