Our hosts Sharon Williams of The Digital Gene, Sarah Dale and Sarah Walker can't wait to welcome you to Stockton.
This one is totally relaxed, no formalities, no business card pushing, just good business conversation in a room of freindly like-mended people.
We actively share positive solid business contacts, Tees Valley is not a big place! Assist champions the idea Women Support Women #WSW, yes we breathe, work, eat, sleep, repeat this! To note we are not a 'women's only space' and do welcome all genders.
Some exciting news, our Stockton Just Networking hosts are Consultants Choice Clinic, as we continue our 2026 networking!
Why come along...
Our informal morning gatherings are a chance to take sell your business =, services and products, and perhaps time away from the office if you a WFH and work in isolation. You will meet others in business, you may be looking for new contracts or have a product or service that you want to showcase. We like to encourage the 'trade local' ideology. We are big on collaboration across the network also, we know this works well with so many partnerships formed.
Why not use this time to arrange and network with someone you have not seen for a while?
Have you thought of perhaps getting in to a routine and come together for your 2026 networking each month?
You will have time to chat over a cuppa, the bonus is you will both be surrounded by other Assist'ers using your time efficently as you build your network circle.
What to expect...
Spotlight introductions, this is a chance for a short sharp 30 seconds to say Who you are, Where you are from (the business or workplace you represent) and What your 'Ask' is for the day. Followed by some Just Networking as you seek out them key people you want to connect with from the spotlight moments.
We want to hear about you, your business and what you offer.
Are you launching a new service, looking for new customers, got a event to promote or want to share with us some new ingredients in your handmade products? Come tell us about it we genuinely want to know and are keen to help share your news.
Do make a point of listening to the 'spotlighting' of others, top tip: write down the names of who you want to speak with, then use your time wisely as you connect with those that have peeked your interest. Or you can just enjoy the company of a room full of women with a positive vibe.
When...
One morning a month, we simply create a space for you to meet others in business and those representing their organisations. You can come on a regular basis and really get to know your connections or you are more than welcome as a one-off visitor.
Cost to you...
A small donation of £5's goes in to the pot to help us support the Sisterwood, other campagins and allows us to keep the network functioning for others to benefit in the future. We thank you for this donation, we are a not-for-profit organisation, ran by volunteers and we will spend it well on our campaigns and covering our much needed operational costs to function.
We are grateful to the business and local community as they welcome us through their doors. We appreciate the generousity of the Consultants Choice Clinic for this one.

Assist is more than just networking, we collaborate with many organisations, we have projects and campaigns, we are all volunteers with the same aim to make the Tees Valley a better place for women and our young females and families to grow up in.
