Mastering movement starts with isolated joint mobility.
Better range of motion and control at the individual level allows for better integration between joints in complex movements. To bulletproof our body and improve movement and performance in life and in the gym, we need to start at the joint.
Introducing - Assess Don’t Guess - these 3 hour workshops will focus on:
• Detailed movement screens that guide mobility needs
• Specific mobility exercises and logical progressions and regressions
• How to integrate joint mobility into complex movement patterns
