Assemblage is a guided, immersive experience that exists at the intersection of food, wine, art, and curiousity. You’ll move, explore, taste, pause, and probably lose track of what came first in the best way.
Experience curated bites by Chef LT Smith of Chilte, complimentary tastings of Vino Bohemio out of Valle de Guadalupe, paired alongside artwork by Gennaro Garcia.
This is not a formal dinner. Not quite a tasting. Not exactly an exhibition either. Just a night built to be experienced piece by piece.
