Aspiring Leaders Programme 2025-26
This course is for anyone considering leadership in a Catholic School. It works alongside the CCRS and NPQs to help prepare candidates to reflect on the uniqueness of Catholic Schools as places of learning, of Worship and of community.
Through structured input and opportunities to ask questions, participants will grow in their understanding of the Catholic faith, helping to strengthen both the participants contribution to the Catholic Life of the school and RE teaching.
Package total: £120.00 for the full programme.
Session 1: Setting and Articulating a Vision
- In Person: Tuesday 7th October 1.00pm to 4.00pm
Session 2: Developing People, Culture, Teams and Motivation
- Online Session: Tuesday 11th and Tuesday 18th November 5.00pm to 7.00pm
Session 3: Developing a School
- In Person: Tuesday 20th January 1.00pm to 4.00pm
- Online Session: Tuesday 24th February 5.00pm to 7.00pm
Session 4: Securing Accountability:

Session 5: Leading Community
