Christina Cherian, MD is double board-certified in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree at University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, where she majored in Biomedical Sciences and minored in Public Health. She remained at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine for her medical degree through the Honors Medical Program. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the St. Vincent’s Family Medicine Center in Jacksonville, Florida and was awarded the Jane Lanier Community Service Award upon graduation. She holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition via the eCornell Center for Nutrition Studies. She offers one-on-one care through Lotus Lifestyle Medicine, an exclusively telemedicine practice dedicated to helping reverse disease through the six pillars of lifestyle medicine. Her personal interests include yoga, meditation and mindfulness, reading, hiking, traveling, water coloring, and playing with her nieces.
Dani is an ecologist, environmentalist, avid birder, gardener, and author. She is also a long-time vegan and activist in environmental, animal welfare, and social justice rights. Dani has researched habitat fragmentation and loss as it relates to resource acquisition by migratory bird species. She has over twenty years of wildlife rehabilitation experience and she is the former hospital director for the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary. Dani has lived in the Tampa Bay area with her husband Brent for over twenty years and they have recently converted their property into a certified native wildlife sanctuary and food forest. Dani provides nature walks in the Tampa Bay area to increase eco literacy and to foster a greater passion for our planet. She also has a YouTube channel called Peaceful Bird Gardens where she teaches about veganic gardening and providing habitat for wildlife right in our own backyards.
Jack Norris is a registered dietitian and the executive director of Vegan Outreach, an animal protection nonprofit promoting vegan eating through their 10 Weeks to Vegan program in over 50 countries. Jack is a registered dietitian and maintains the website VeganHealth.org. Jack is co-author of the book, Vegan For Life. In 2005, Jack was elected to the Animal Rights Hall of Fame.
