The Opening Reception for ASiF’s Summer Invitational Show is Friday, May 22nd, from 5-7pm.
The show features photographer David Arnold's ongoing series "Abandoned Things" - photographs of cars, boats, houses, trailers, gas stations, and other debris found abandoned in the landscapes of California, Nevada, and the American West.
Also featured is lithographer Rachel Fritz with a collection reflecting her journey through California with its contrasting landscapes and the diverse life forms it sustains. This body of work includes mountain ranges, oceans, and even an ode to the jungles of the city.
Doors open at 5pm, with and Artists' Talk at 6:30pm.
Enjoy live jazz, wine and refreshments. This event is free and open to the public.
