Join us for our weekly 5k social run.Every Monday from Up & Running Nottingham we take you on a casual run around the city.
Its free and open to every runner out there.
Our Social Run Group is a friendly fun and free 5k run. Everyone is welcoming and friendly - and we don't leave anyone behind, regardless of running pace.
We've been doing this for the past 17 years, and we've made some wonderful friends along the way.

Everyone is welcome to run with us. All we ask is that you are able to comfortably run a 5k. Please don't make this your first run. If you haven't been running for a while, we'd recommend a training plan to get you to is (commonly referred to as couch to 5k, or C25k). NHS has a free app that takes you through the stages. Running clubs and groups also run these course from time to time.
