Who we are:
As The Second Steep, we support Asian working moms in navigating career-family dilemmas together:
● wanting to parent our kids differently from how we were raised – without guilt, confusion or shame
● looking to pass on Asian values of family connection and respect for elders – being alone in a Western society
● looking for inspiration on how to raise their kids to be independent and kind – by first being a role model ourselves
