Think balance, contrast, crunch, softness, heat, and cooling elements all on the same plate.
This gathering is about slowing down, cooking together, tasting, and feasting — drawing inspiration from across Asia and letting the season guide what lands on the table. The food will be vibrant, generous, and made with intention, using beautiful produce and pantry staples that bring depth and ease to summer cooking.
You’ll leave well-fed, inspired, and reconnected — with a head full of flavour memories and a body that feels good in the heat.

Classes are held in our fully equipped commercial Myocum kitchen. We are able to accommodate up to 8-10 people, which makes this a fantastic opportunity for groups of friends or colleagues.
COST
Workshops cost $200 GST included per class. This is transferable but non-refundable.
