About this Event
Spend your Monday evening in this fun online cooking class and learn different techniques to make delicious noodle dishes.
Monday, May 6 from 8:30pm-10pm EST (5:30pm-7pm PST): we will make Singapore laksa, a famous noodle soup that is a coconut-based soup with fresh herb and spice paste served with chicken and shrimp.
Monday, May 13 from 8:30pm-10pm EST (5:30pm-7pm PST): we will make Burmese noodle curry with chicken (Khow Suey). While the curry is cooking, we will make delicious milk tea.
Monday, May 20 from 8:30pm-10pm EST (5:30pm-7pm PST): we will make Indonesian Mie Goreng and delicious soup.
Please check the time on the Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen and covers the entire series (3 sessions).
You will receive the ingredient list and equipment list 14 days before the class starts. We'll send out a Zoom link and a complete recipe packet 6 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the recipe packet is sent out.

Who Teaches the Class?
Ploy Khunisorn
Ploy Khunisorn is a native of Thailand. She went to Suan Dusit International Culinary School while she was working as a financial analyst in Bangkok. She came to the USA to do Master’s Degree in Sustainability at Harvard University and Master’s Degree in Education at Cambridge College. She started teaching both in-person and online cooking classes since 2014. With her love of traveling over 30 countries, she has learned varieties of cuisine around the world. In her 9+ years of teaching experience, Ploy has taught over 6,000 students to cook and bake Asian cuisines, vegan food, gluten free diets, pastries, and more.
