About this Event
SOLA Network invites you to the Asian American Leadership Conference on April 28-29, 2026 in Orange County, CA.
The vision of this conference is to equip Asian American leaders with gospel-centered, contextualized resources that will empower men and women for local church ministry. Our conference strategy is to equip leaders, platform voices, and connect with one another for life-giving relationships.
The theme of our conference is “Reimagining Family: Transforming Family Dynamics through the Gospel”. The world is a broken place and Asian Americans can experience that brokenness on multiple levels. They are not only minorities experiencing a hyphenated existence, but they are also children of immigrants with a generational disconnect in terms of culture, language, and home. This causes Asian American families to experience sin in unique ways. God has instituted two key organizations to be conduits of His grace: the family and the church. The family is the first institution God gave humanity to nurture and reflect His love, care, and glory. The church is the second, tasked with embodying Christ’s love, care, and mission. However, the Asian American experience often amplifies the disconnect between both the family and the church, leaving many Asian American Christians feeling isolated in both spheres. As leaders of this generation, we are called to redeem both the family and the church through the gospel, creating environments of grace, healing, and restoration.
