To precede the opening of Ashtyn's Seafood House in Columbus later this year, we will be hosting cookout events regularly to gauge the public interest in fresh seafood and other dishes we are thinking of offering at the restaurant. The goal of the ASH is to be the first restaurant 100% committed to using US-Sourced Seafood (including the shrimp and fish we raise at our family farm, TOFA). We are also dedicated to using 100% US-Sourced Ingredients, focusing on at least 75% of which is from local Ohio farms. By reducing the number of hands between farmers and the consumers, we will offer the freshest ingredients possible with more reasonable prices, healthy meals in the $10-45 range. Like how we do at the farm, we will still offer a grocery aspect where you can take the same raw ingredients home and cook yourselves.
Each one of our cookout events will be a test of what we plan to do as a restaurant and we invite you to try it!

Large blue crab cleaned and fried in signature batter sprinkled with a hint of seafood and garlic spice.
Grilled Tilapia Fillet w/ Scallops..$15
Fresh tilapia fillet grilled w/ (2) U-10 sea scallops served on a bed of high-protein brown rice.

½ lb. of fresh snow crab legs, ½ lb. of head-on shrimp, 2 corn cobs mixed in Cajun-lemon pepper sauce.
Lobster and Shrimp Platter……...$35
1-1/3 lb. whole live lobster boiled with ½ lb. of fresh head-on shrimp served with butter and Ashtyn’s oyster sauce. A serving of brown rice included.
Note: We can cut off shrimp heads to provide peel-and-eat shrimp, but please let us know ahead of time. No extra charge required.
