Join VB for a deeply grounding and energizing experience rooted in the timeless teachings of Ashtanga Yoga. With over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and training in Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar, and Kundalini flows, VB brings a wealth of knowledge to every class—guiding students through an authentic, breath-centered practice just as it’s been passed down by sages and rishis for generations.
VB’s sessions go beyond the physical postures. You’ll explore the full spectrum of practice—pranayama (breathwork), mudras (energetic gestures), drishti (focused gaze), and chakra alignment—helping your energy flow freely and your body, mind, and spirit move into rhythmic harmony.
This class is designed for all levels, whether you're just beginning or deepening your practice. VB offers a welcoming space that dispels the myths of flexibility, perfection, and comparison.
