About this Event
The immersion will run for eight weeks, from Monday July 15th to Saturday August 8th. Participants commit to a minimum of four weeks within the eight-week offering. The immersion includes traditional Mysore practice six days a week, alongside weekly satsanga to reflect on practice, philosophy, and daily life. This work is guided by respect for lineage and the understanding that learning unfolds through consistent showing up, pausing, and slowing down to cultivate deep listening.
This offering is open to local practitioners as well as those traveling to Squamish. Time and space are intentionally shaped to support sādhanā, allowing practice to weave naturally into daily life, held by the surrounding rivers, forests, and mountains, and the quiet rhythm they invite.
