Or do you want to take your teaching to another level?This workshop is for those who want to gain a better understanding of the physical postures. How do I move, what happens in the body when I move, what do I want to achieve with the posture and what is a good adjustment?
You will learn how to apply effective adjustments and gain confidence with more tools to help your students succeed in their practice. And not only that, because by learning how to make adjustments you will gain greater awareness on how you move in your own practice.
- Why should we make adjustment in the first place?
- What makes a good fit? Where should our body be placed?
- What setting is appropriate for each student?
- Is it okay to put your hands on them?
- How much pressure should I apply?
These are some of the topics we will cover during the workshop.
This retreat is not only for teachers, but for everyone who would like to learn and dive a little deeper into your asanas practice.
Nøsen is surrounded by beautiful nature and towering mountain peaks. There is ample time for hiking, bathing in Storfjorden, or simply relaxing. Three delicious, nutritious meals are served each day. The food is vegetarian, prepared with local ingredients and an eastern touch.
